Stress Relief & Motivation may let you create mood check-ins, journal notes, gratitude entries, reminder preferences, and simple settings. This content is used to provide the app experience you request.
Local app data
Stress Relief & Motivation is designed as a personal reflection tool. Unless a specific app feature says otherwise, your check-ins and notes are intended to remain on your device or within Apple-provided services you choose to use, such as iCloud backup.
Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide limited purchase status information needed to unlock paid features.
Support requests
If you email support, we receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and issue description. We use that information only to respond to your request and improve support.
Analytics and diagnostics
The app may use Apple platform diagnostics or privacy-respecting analytics to understand crashes and basic app performance. These signals are used to keep the app reliable and are not intended to identify your private journal content.
Children's privacy
Stress Relief & Motivation is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support request, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
