Create your first check-in
- Open Happiness and choose the mood that best matches your current day.
- Add a short note if you want context for later.
- Save the check-in and review your streak or recent entries from the app home screen.
Pick a reminder time
Choose a calm time you can realistically keep, such as after dinner or before bed. If notifications do not appear, check iOS Settings, Notifications, Happiness, and allow notifications.
