Where your child's data lives
Learning progress, quiz answers, task photos, achievements, and settings are stored on the device. If the family enables iCloud, Apple may sync that data across the family's own devices inside their private iCloud container. We operate no accounts, no servers that see children's content, and no social or sharing features.
What we do not collect
- No names, emails, or contact details from children.
- No advertising identifiers and no third-party advertising SDKs.
- No third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.
- No precise location.
Photos from real-world tasks
When a learner completes a real-world task (for example, folding a blanket), the app can attach a photo as proof for the parent to review. These photos stay on the device (or the family's private iCloud) and are never uploaded to us or shared with anyone else.
Purchases and subscriptions
Premium subscriptions, free trials, refunds, and billing are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive payment card details. Apple provides only the purchase status needed to unlock Premium features on the device.
Parent gate
Purchases, the Parent Zone, and external links sit behind a math parent gate so young children cannot reach them by accident.
Support requests
If a parent emails support, we receive whatever is included in that message (email address, device details, screenshots, issue description) and use it only to respond and improve support. Please do not include children's personal information beyond what is needed to solve the issue.
Children's privacy
Bé Giỏi Kỹ Năng is designed for learners ages 7–25 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because children's learning data never leaves the device or the family's private iCloud, there is nothing for us to access, sell, or delete. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support email, contact us and we will delete that message.
Changes to this policy
If the app's data practices change, we will update this page and the effective date above before the new version ships.
