Overview

HikeList is published by MathHero Space. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the app.

License and permitted use

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use HikeList on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms of Use.

• Use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and Apple's platform rules.
• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or exploit the app beyond personal use without written permission.
• Do not interfere with app stability, accessibility, or normal operation.

Subscriptions and purchases

HikeList may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Pricing, billing periods, and trial details shown in the app are presented through Apple's in-app purchase system.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's media services policies.

Availability and changes

The app may evolve over time. Features, visuals, premium benefits, or supported devices may change to improve quality, security, or compatibility. We may also fix bugs or remove features that no longer make sense for the product.

We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and temporary downtime may occur during updates, maintenance, network failures, or issues outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

HikeList is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, always available, or suitable for every workflow or use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathHero Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Apple standard terms

If no separate custom end-user license agreement applies, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula .

In the event of a conflict between Apple's mandatory consumer terms and these terms, the applicable Apple terms control to the extent required.
