Open Lunara and tap the play button on the Sleep screen. Your last sleep sound starts with the timer you chose. Tap one of the six sounds below it to switch.

Choose 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, or the infinity sign for no timer. When the timer ends, the sound fades out gently. In the player, tap the ring to pick another length.

While a sound is playing, the player fades to near-black after about 12 seconds so it does not light up your room. Tap anywhere to bring the controls back. You can turn this off in Settings → Dim player. It is skipped while VoiceOver is on.

No. Noise, rain, ocean and music work on speakers. Only binaural beats need stereo headphones; those sounds show a small headphone icon.

Tap the sliders icon in Sounds or Adjust in the player. Choose a background, a noise color and the levels you like, then save the mix. Beats and tones are under Advanced.

Open Settings → Restore purchases while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Yes. Every sound is generated or stored on your device, so Lunara works without an internet connection. Purchases and restores need a connection to Apple.
