Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy describes how Art By Number, provided by Manh Nguyen under the Mathspace app portfolio, handles information in the app and on its product, support and legal pages.

Data stays on your device

Your painting progress, favorites, streaks, hints, settings, friend codes you add and pictures you create are stored locally on your device. Art By Number does not require an account and does not send this data to us.

The app does not include advertising, advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Photos you choose

When you use “turn a photo into a painting”, you pick a single photo with the system photo picker. The app only receives that photo, converts it into a color-by-number picture on your device and stores the result locally. Photos are never uploaded to us.

Sharing and backups

Sharing a finished artwork, copying your friend code or exporting a backup creates a copy that you send to the destination you choose. That app, service or recipient handles the copy under its own policies.

Purchases through Apple

Apple processes purchases and subscriptions through the App Store and StoreKit. The app receives product and transaction information needed to unlock Premium and restore purchases. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles information under its privacy policy.

When you contact support

If you email manhnt.bkit@gmail.com, we receive your email address and what you include, and use it only to respond. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

This website

These pages contain no analytics, advertising trackers, contact forms or third-party fonts. The site is hosted on Firebase Hosting, which may process standard request data (such as IP address and browser information) to deliver and protect the site.

Children

Art By Number is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Purchases on a child's device are controlled by the parent's Apple settings, such as Ask to Buy and Screen Time.

Your choices

You can reset progress in Settings, export or import a backup, and remove all local data by deleting the app. There is no developer-hosted account to delete.
