Agreement
By downloading or using Art By Number you agree to these terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA), which governs your license to the app.
Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), an auto-renewable monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Content
Artworks in the app are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You keep ownership of photos you import and of pictures created from them. Please only import photos you have the right to use.
Availability
We may add, change or remove artworks and features. Daily pictures and promotional content may change over time. The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
