Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Concrete Calc, also listed as “Concrete Estimator: Pro Tools” (“the app,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information when you use the iPhone or iPad app and its public marketing, demo, support, and legal pages.

Offline-first app

Concrete Calc is designed to work without a developer-hosted account, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or tracking SDK. Calculations run on your device. Saved projects, estimate items, pour-order details, settings, calculation history, and company branding are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.

We do not receive this app content merely because you use the app.

Information you enter

The app can store dimensions, units, waste allowances, material assumptions, calculation results, project names, client and site details, supplier details, pour dates, concrete specifications, placement and access notes, safety and washout notes, and company contact or branding information. You decide what to enter and are responsible for having permission to use it.

PDF reports and sharing

PDF reports are generated on your device. When you use the system share sheet, save a file, send a report, or otherwise export content, the destination and any recipient handle it under their own terms and privacy practices. Review reports before sharing because they may contain client, site, supplier, and company information.

Purchases

Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. The app receives product and entitlement information needed to offer purchases, restore access, and unlock Pro features. We do not receive your full payment-card information. Apple handles payment information under its own privacy policy.

Support communications

If you email support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device and app details, screenshots, and message. Do not send confidential client or project data unless it is necessary. We use support communications to respond, diagnose issues, maintain security, resolve disputes, and keep reasonable business records.

Public website

The public website is hosted by third-party infrastructure. Hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and diagnostic logs to deliver and protect the site. The Concrete Calc pages do not intentionally set app-specific advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell app project content or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be disclosed when you direct the app to share it, to Apple for services you use, to providers necessary to operate public pages or support communications, when required by law, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, and security.

Retention and deletion

You can delete projects and app data through the app or by deleting the app. Deleting the app may permanently delete locally stored content. Support cannot retrieve content that existed only on your device. Export important reports before deleting the app or erasing a device.

Support emails may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Because the app has no developer-hosted account, there is no separate Concrete Calc cloud account to delete.

Children’s privacy

Concrete Calc is a construction-estimating utility and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-hosted app account.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable safeguards for systems under our control, but no device, email, transmission, or storage method is completely secure. Support communications and public-site request data may be processed where we or our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The revised policy will be published here with a new effective or last-updated date.
