By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and applicable Apple platform terms.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal and professional use. Apple Standard Licensed Application Terms also apply: Apple Standard EULA.
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers paid premium features via Apple In-App Purchases.
- Product types: monthly subscription, yearly subscription, and lifetime unlock.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions: monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage subscriptions: in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Restore purchases: available inside the App.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices may vary by region and may change in the future. Product availability can change without notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or related services.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Construction calculation results are provided for convenience and estimation purposes only. All measurements and calculations should be independently verified by qualified professionals before use in actual construction projects.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathHero Space is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any errors or inaccuracies in construction calculations.
8. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
