Privacy Policy

Overview

VideoVoice is provided by Manh Nguyen as part of the Mathspace app portfolio. This policy covers the iPhone and iPad app and its product, support and legal pages.

Videos and device voices

The app imports only videos you choose through the system photo picker. When you use device voices, scripts, narration and video mixing are processed on your device. Your videos are not uploaded to the developer or ElevenLabs.

VideoVoice does not require a developer account and contains no advertising or behavioral analytics SDKs.

Optional AI voice cloning

When you explicitly create a cloned voice, your selected or recorded voice sample and its name are sent to ElevenLabs using your own API key. When rendering AI narration, the text for that voice, the voice identifier and voice settings are sent to ElevenLabs. These requests are necessary to perform the feature you choose.

Use only your own voice or a voice you have permission to use. Voice samples can identify a person. Do not submit sensitive information in scripts. The feature requires an eligible ElevenLabs account; third-party fees and service terms apply. See ElevenLabs’ privacy policy.

API key and local storage

Your API key is stored in the device Keychain. The app sends it only to the ElevenLabs API to authenticate requests. You can remove it using the key control in the app.

The list of cloned voices and copies of their voice samples are stored locally. Selected videos, generated audio and exports use temporary local files. The app does not provide cloud project backup. Deleting the app removes its local app files; an API key in Keychain should be removed in the app first. Videos saved to Photos are managed separately.

Deleting cloned voices

Deleting a voice in the app removes its local entry and saved sample. If an API key is available, the app also attempts to delete that voice from ElevenLabs. Network or service failures may prevent remote deletion; check your ElevenLabs account and remove the voice there when necessary. Removing the app or the API key does not delete data held by ElevenLabs.

Permissions and sharing

Microphone permission is used only to record a voice sample you request. Add-to-Photos permission is used only when you save an exported video. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings.

Sharing sends an exported file to the destination you choose. The receiving app or service controls that copy under its own policies.

Apple purchases

Apple processes subscriptions and one-time purchases. StoreKit provides product and transaction information needed to verify Pro access and restore purchases. We do not receive payment-card details. See Apple’s privacy policy.

Support and website

If you contact manhnt.bkit@gmail.com, we receive your address and the information you include, and use it to respond. Request deletion of support messages by email. Never send API keys or recordings of another person without permission.

These pages have no advertising trackers, analytics, third-party fonts or contact forms. Firebase Hosting may process standard request data, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.

Children

VideoVoice is not directed to children. A parent or guardian should supervise voice recordings and cloud AI features for minors and review the applicable ElevenLabs eligibility rules. Apple account settings control purchases, including Ask to Buy.
