How do I create a voiceover?
Choose a video, enter one line per speaker using “Role: dialogue”, select a voice for each role, and generate the narration. Pro unlocks mixing and exporting the narrated video. Device voices do not need an API key.
Can I use several voices?
Yes. Each role can have its own voice. Preview a voice before rendering, and adjust speech speed or pitch to fit the dialogue.
How do I balance the original sound?
Use the narration and original audio volume sliders, then mix again. If the narration is longer than the video, shorten the script or choose a longer clip.
What does Pro include?
Pro unlocks video mixing, saving and sharing. All plans provide the same access: USD 1.99 per week, USD 9.99 per year, or USD 19.99 once for lifetime access in the United States. Local prices are shown by Apple before purchase. Weekly and yearly plans renew automatically; lifetime does not renew. There is no introductory trial configured.
Does Pro include AI credits?
No. Optional AI cloning and AI narration use your own ElevenLabs API key and eligible account. Usage charges are billed separately by ElevenLabs. Device voice narration works without ElevenLabs.
How do I clone a voice?
Add your ElevenLabs API key in the AI voice section. Add a voice, give it a name, record a sample or choose an audio file under 20 MB, confirm you have permission, and create it. The sample is sent to ElevenLabs. Only clone your own voice or a voice you have permission to use.
How do I restore or cancel a purchase?
Open VideoVoice Pro and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account used to purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I remove my API key or AI voices?
Use the delete-key control in the AI voice section. Delete a cloned voice using its trash button. Check the corresponding voice in your ElevenLabs account if network errors prevented remote deletion.
Where are my videos saved?
The working video and generated files remain on your device. Save an exported video to Photos or use Share to keep a copy. Temporary project files are not a durable project library.
