Purchases

Restore purchases

  1. Open Settings in the app.
  2. Tap Restore Purchases.
  3. Use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

The sections below are based on the in-app HelpView topics from the current Construction Pro project.

Feet-Inch-Fraction Input

  1. Tap number keys to enter a value.
  2. Press "Feet" to assign the value as feet.
  3. Enter another number and press "Inch" for inches.
  4. Use "/" to enter fractions, for example 3 / 8 means 3/8".

Unit Conversions

  1. Tap the unit label on the display, for example "Ft-In-Frac".
  2. Each tap cycles through Feet-Inch, Decimal Feet, Decimal Inches, Yards, Meters, and Centimeters.

Memory Functions

  1. Tap M1-M4 to open the memory menu.
  2. Store adds the current value to the selected memory slot.
  3. Recall loads the stored value back to the display.
  4. Clear erases the stored value from that slot.

Stair Calculator

  1. Go to Tools -> Stairs.
  2. Enter the total rise, measured floor to floor in inches.
  3. Set your target riser height, default 7.5".
  4. The calculator shows riser count, actual riser height, treads, total run, and stringer length.

Concrete Estimator

  1. Go to Tools -> Concrete.
  2. Enter length and width in feet, and depth in inches.
  3. Results show cubic yards and the number of 60 lb and 80 lb bags needed.

Roof Estimator

  1. Go to Tools -> Roof.
  2. Enter building length and width, pitch ratio, and overhang.
  3. Results show roof area, squares, bundles, sheathing sheets, and rafter length.

Rafter Calculator

  1. Go to Tools -> Rafters.
  2. Choose Common, Hip/Valley, or Jack rafter type.
  3. Enter pitch and run to calculate rafter lengths and cutting angles.

Drywall Estimator

  1. Go to Tools -> Drywall.
  2. Enter total wall length, height, and the number of doors and windows.
  3. Select sheet size, such as 4x8, 4x10, or 4x12.
  4. Results account for door and window deductions plus waste factor.

History Tape

  1. Tap "History Tape" on the calculator screen.
  2. View past calculations with both expressions and results.
  3. Use the share button to export calculations through text or email.

Right Angle / Diagonal

  1. Go to Tools -> Right Angle.
  2. Enter rise and run values in inches.
  3. Results show the diagonal, pitch ratio, and pitch angle.
