Import or export cards
In the library, choose Import and select your .apkg file in Files. Use Export to save or share your collection. Keep the original file until you have checked the imported cards and media.
Restore Pro access
- Connect to the internet.
- Open Settings (Cài đặt) → FlashSRS Pro.
- Choose Khôi phục mua hàng (Restore Purchases).
- Use the Apple Account that made the purchase.
A monthly subscription must be active; lifetime access depends on a valid, non-revoked purchase.
Protect your collection
Open Settings → Local Backups to create a backup. Export a separate copy to Files before deleting the app or changing devices. Backups inside the app can be removed when the app is deleted.
Common questions
A few things to check first.
Can I study without internet access?
Yes. Core study and locally stored cards work offline. Internet access is needed for Apple purchases, purchase restoration, and these public support pages.
Why won't my .apkg file import?
FlashSRS supports selected collection formats, including schema 18. A file with an unsupported schema, missing collection database, damaged archive, or unsupported media may not import. Keep the original file and contact support with the error message and the export app/version. Do not email a private deck unless necessary.
Does FlashSRS have automatic cloud sync?
Remote server sync is disabled in the current version. Settings → Sync → Local Folder lets you choose a folder to transfer your collection. If that folder belongs to iCloud Drive or another provider, that provider handles the file under its own policies. Full Upload and Full Download replace one side; make a backup first.
What happens to my data when I delete the app?
Deleting FlashSRS may delete its local collection and in-app backups. Support cannot recover cards stored only on your device. Export a copy to a location outside the app before deleting it. Copies you exported remain wherever you saved them.
How do I cancel the monthly subscription or free trial?
On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → FlashSRS and choose Cancel Subscription. To avoid renewing a trial, Apple advises canceling at least 24 hours before it ends. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. See Apple's subscription instructions.
Why are prices or trial offers different from the website?
The website shows US base prices. Your storefront, currency, taxes, and trial eligibility can differ. Review Apple's confirmation sheet before buying; it displays the applicable offer and price.
What if products or Pro access do not appear?
Check internet access and your Apple Account, then try Restore Purchases. If the issue continues, email the displayed error, app version, device model, iOS version, and which product you selected. Never send your Apple Account password or payment-card details.
How can I request a refund?
Apple processes App Store payments and reviews refund requests. Follow Apple's refund instructions; eligibility is determined by Apple.
