PushMax is designed for measurable push-up training. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, which services help operate the app, and how you can delete or control your data.
Depending on the features you use, PushMax may collect account identifiers, authentication information, display names, profile photos, workout results, push-up counts, streaks, leaderboard rank, challenge progress, group membership, group names, invitations or join codes, feedback messages, support details, diagnostics, and photos you choose to upload.
PushMax uses the device camera to detect push-up reps during counting sessions. Camera frames are processed for rep detection and are not stored by PushMax as workout photos or videos unless you separately choose to upload an image through a feedback or profile feature.
Sign-in and sync features may use Firebase Authentication and related Firebase services. Your profile may include your display name, user ID, sign-in provider information, and profile photo so friends can recognize you in groups, challenges, leaderboards, and shared workout views.
PushMax stores workout history, rep totals, streaks, challenge status, weekly rankings, group participation, and related timestamps to show progress, keep leaderboards accurate, sync data across devices, prevent accidental loss, and support friend-group challenges.
If you upload feedback photos, screenshots, or profile photos, those files may be stored in Firebase Storage and associated with your account or support request. Do not upload sensitive images unless they are needed for support. Uploaded images are used to provide the feature or resolve the issue you reported.
If you email support or send feedback, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, photos, logs, and your description of the issue. We use this information to respond, debug problems, improve reliability, and document recurring issues.
PushMax uses iOS notification permission for streak reminders and follow-up nudges. You can revoke notification consent at any time in iOS Settings. You can also stop camera access, photo access, or sign-in provider access through iOS Settings, the app settings, or your Apple or Google account settings, depending on the permission.
We use data to provide push-up counting, save workout progress, personalize your profile, operate groups and challenges, show leaderboards, sync across devices, send reminders you enable, process support requests, maintain security, troubleshoot crashes, and improve app performance.
PushMax may use Apple services for App Store downloads, subscriptions, purchases, device permissions, notifications, and system diagnostics. The app may use Firebase services, including Authentication, Firestore or Realtime Database, Storage, Crashlytics, Analytics, Cloud Messaging, and related infrastructure. Sign-in may use Apple or Google Sign-In. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
Account, profile, workout, group, challenge, leaderboard, and uploaded-photo data is kept while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. Support emails and feedback records may be retained for troubleshooting, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data, profile photos, feedback photos, and support records by emailing manhnt.bkit@gmail.com. Some backups, logs, purchase records, or security records may remain for a limited period where required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.
You can update or remove optional profile information in the app where controls are available, leave groups, stop participating in challenges, revoke permissions in iOS Settings, disable notifications, sign out, or contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help revoking consent for connected services.
PushMax is not directed to children under 13. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service is completely secure. We may update this policy as the app changes, and the updated date on this page will reflect the latest version.
