TERMS OF USE
Use it with intention.
Effective October 6, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ScrollJail. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The service
ScrollJail uses Apple Screen Time features to restrict the apps you select and uses the camera on your device to count push-ups. Completing a set may earn a time-limited unlock. You are responsible for choosing the apps and Screen Time settings that work for you. Availability depends on your device, iOS version, permissions, and Apple services.
Health and exercise
ScrollJail is a screen-time and fitness habit tool, not medical advice or a substitute for professional care. Exercise only within your abilities. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You are responsible for deciding whether push-ups are appropriate for you.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account information accurate and protect access to your device and account. Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service or other users’ accounts. You can delete your account in the app settings. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Premium and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Apple displays the available products, prices, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account before the current period ends. Apple processes billing and refunds. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.
Availability and changes
We may update or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. Apple’s Screen Time API and operating system control whether restrictions apply. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular unlock result, or that every selected app can be restricted on every device.
