How does an app unlock work?
Choose the apps to protect in ScrollJail. When they are locked, open ScrollJail and complete five push-ups. The app earns 30 minutes of access, then Screen Time locks your selected apps again.

Can I choose which apps are locked?
Yes. Use Apple’s Screen Time app picker to select the apps you want to protect. You can change your selection in the app’s lock settings.
Are my camera sessions saved?
No workout photos or videos are saved. Camera frames are processed on your iPhone to count push-ups.
What if an app stays locked?
Return to ScrollJail to check the unlock timer. If the timer has ended, open ScrollJail once so iOS can refresh the lock. Also check that Screen Time permission remains enabled.
How do I manage Premium?
Purchases and subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions to view or cancel a plan.
How can I delete my account or ask another question?
