Short product description
Construction Pro: Calculator is an iPhone and iPad app by Manh Nguyen for feet-inch-fraction arithmetic, roof and stair calculations, material estimates and saved project work. It includes PDF reports and bid estimates. Core calculation runs on the device. The app is free to download with limited introductory access; continued use requires Pro. LiDAR room scanning needs compatible hardware.

What is in the kit

The walkthroughs use app screenshots and captions; they do not show recorded live taps. Sample job and customer names in the estimate are app fixtures. These are older captures, so test the current version yourself and identify your device, OS and app version when publishing results.
A practical independent review
- Install through the App Store and record the access or trial terms shown to your account. No Pro entitlement is bundled in this download.
- Run the five benchmark problems from the review worksheet. Compare exact fractions and rounded tape results separately.
- Test a familiar task with your own measurements; measure completion time only if you actually timed it.
- Use airplane mode to test core arithmetic and local tools. Separately document which online services are unavailable.
- Save and reopen a sample job. Export a PDF and inspect the actual file. Check cross-device attachment limits if sync is part of your review.
- Describe limitations and competing tools that may suit other workflows. Label developer-provided material and any sponsorship.
